Leasing Information

We are full for 2025/2026! If you have questions regarding spring leasing or subletting, please call us at 828-263-0100, or email us at leasing@universityhighlands.com.

A complete packet includes:

1. The lease filled out and signed by the student
2. The Guaranty of Lease filled out, signed by a parent or legal guardian, and notarized
3. A check in the amount of $200.00 made payable to University Highlands
4. A seperate check for the amount of $100.00 also made payable to University Highlands
