Leasing Information

New leases for 2025/2026 are by appointment only, determined through our Leasing Appointment Lottery. The lottery opens December 1st, with details and the entry link posted here by that date.

  • COED living arrangements are offered in our 2-bedroom floorplan ONLY.
  • No pets allowed at University Highlands. Please contact the office for details on Assistance Animal approval.

A complete packet includes:

1. The lease filled out and signed by the student
2. The Guaranty of Lease filled out, signed by a parent or legal guardian, and notarized
3. A check in the amount of $200.00 made payable to University Highlands
4. A seperate check for the amount of $100.00 also made payable to University Highlands
