Leasing Information

Please read the entire list of lottery rules below before entering!

  • The 2025/2026 lottery is now closed!
  • Winners will be notified via email beginning January 24th. We will continue to inform winners for several days, so if you aren’t chosen on the first day, you still have a chance through January 28th.
  • Once you receive an email invitation to a leasing appointment, you will have 24 hours to confirm your appointment or lose your spot.
  • Leasing Appointments will be on January 31st or February 1st, 2025.
  • COED living arrangements are offered in our 2-bedroom floorplan ONLY.
  • No pets allowed at University Highlands. Please contact the office for details on Assistance Animal approval.
  • The 2025/2026 lease packet available below for download. The instructions for filling it out are on the first page.
  • The monthly rental rate for our 4-bedroom/2-bath floorplan will be $636 per bedroom. Our monthly rental rate for our 2-bedroom/2-bath floorplan will be $700 per bedroom.

A complete packet includes:

1. The lease filled out and signed by the student
2. The Guaranty of Lease filled out, signed by a parent or legal guardian, and notarized
3. A check in the amount of $200.00 made payable to University Highlands
4. A seperate check for the amount of $100.00 also made payable to University Highlands
