We would like to invite you to create your Resident Services account on our RentCafé platform. Having a Resident Services account will provide you online access to:
Simply navigate to RentCafé. Click on "Login" in the upper right hand corner and choose "Resident Login". On the bottom left side of the screen choose "Click here to Register" then enter our zip code (28607) to find University Highlands and follow the prompts from there to register your account. Online rent payments can be made the following three ways (the applicable convenience fees are listed below):

Submit a Work Order (Maintenance or IT/Cable)
Simply navigate to RentCafé. Click on "Login" in the upper right hand corner and choose "Resident Login". Once logged in select the "Maintenance Request" tab at the top of the screen. Fill in the information fields displayed. Once ready to submit the ticket simply hit the "SUBMIT" button.

- Check your current balance and make payments
- Schedule recurring auto-payments for rent and avoid late fees
Simply navigate to RentCafé. Click on "Login" in the upper right hand corner and choose "Resident Login". On the bottom left side of the screen choose "Click here to Register" then enter our zip code (28607) to find University Highlands and follow the prompts from there to register your account. Online rent payments can be made the following three ways (the applicable convenience fees are listed below):
- ACH $1.95 convenience fee per transaction
- Debit Card $3.95 convenience fee per transaction (less than $1,000)
- Credit Card 2.5% convenience fee per transaction (all major credit cards accepted)
Notes:
- You may set up reoccurring payments so that your rent will automatically be paid each month. You will need to choose a date from the 1st thru the 5th for the payment to be made.
- Payments made after the 20th of the month must be made in the form of a cashier's check or money order. Online rent payments may be made for current charges only.
- If you would like to prepay your rent in advance of its due date you will need to submit payment by check or money order.
